The course provides elite coaching by Mark Gear who is one of Britian's most elite ski instructors (BASI level 4 ISTD).  At the end of each day you can watch video footage and receive helpfull feedback to further your progress.

During the course we will focus on the following aspects of your skiing:

  • Control of speed and line
  • The steering elements
  • Technique and tactics for snow and terrain
  • Jumps, drops and tricks
  • Tips for steeps and couloirs
  • Avalanche/mountain awareness

FREERIDE SKI COURSES

Our advanced and expert level off piste ski courses run in Chamonix all season and focus on your freeride skills off piste as well as your all-mountain skiing. Run by native English speaking ski teachers who are qualified to the highest international level (BASI ISTD LEVEL4).  During the course you will benefit from powerfull performance enhancing drills to develop your skiing along with daily video feedback. We will also teach you mountain and avalanche saftey.

FREERIDE SKI COURSES

IMPROVE YOUR FREERIDE SKIING IN A BACKCOUNTRY SETTING WITH THE PROS.

These off piste ski courses have been developed for expert level skiers who wish to improve their freeride skills off piste. Candidates should be capable of skiing all conditions and terrain before attending these courses.

Experience some of Chamonix's best off piste and freeride skiing. Receive top level coaching, Video feebback and transport to and from the slopes.

We aim to ski mostly lift accessible off piste, experiencing some of the best off piste /backcountry skiing that Chamonix has to offer.

 

During the course we will focus on the following aspects of your skiing:

  • Jumps, drops and tricks
  • Tips for steeps and couloirs
  • Avalanche/mountain, off piste/backcountry awareness

COURSE INCLUDES:

SAFTEY EQUIPEMENT IS NEEDED FOR ALL MOUNTAIN SKI COURSES: Avalanche safety equipment (transceiver, shovel and probe) and a helmet are mandatory. We have some rental packs if you do not have your own.
