Having learnt to ski in Scotland, Claire came to the Alps during a gap year after having studied Law and French at University. It was not long before she decided to pursue skiing seriously and now holds her French Equivalence and competes in Freeride compeitions in Europe. Having taught in Val d’Isere and Courchevel, Claire moved to the Chamonix valley 3 years ago and her home is now St Gervais Les Bains. Her passion for skiing comes out in her sessions and although she is more than happy tearing down the mountain, she is also particularly patient with the less confident members in a group
